Quelques photographies de l’exposition que le XVIII Festival de Bande dessinée d’Amadora, Portugal, m’a consacrée en 2007. Pour l’occasion, Nelson Dona, son directeur m’avait proposé de réaliser le matériel de promotion (Affiche, etc.). Un grand merci à lui pour cette chouette expo.
Le sol avait été recouvert de sable et c’était vraiment plaisant !
Le contenu de l’expo réunissait du brol réalisé au fil des années : Des pages de Mokka/Pelure Amère, des courts récits publiés dans divers journaux et magazines portugais ainsi que des pages réalisées pour l’hebdo breton Nekepell Bihan. Une partie de l’expo était consacré à quelques jeunes Guinéens publiés dans Noticias do Quelele.

For the occasion, I did all the promotional material (posters, etc.).
The floor of the exhibition was covered with sand and it was really fun!
The content of the exhibition brought together pages done over the years: Pages from the magazines Mokka and Pelure Amere, short stories published in various Portuguese newspapers and magazines as well as pages created for the weekly newspaper Nekepell Bihan. Part of the exhibition was dedicated to some young Guineans published in Noticias do Quelele.
And thanks again Jose Vilarrubia for the small retouch on Photoshop (pencil’s nose). In 2003, I met Jose there for the first time.
